OREANDA-NEWS  The continuation of the war between the United States and Iran will plunge the Middle East into chaos. This warning was issued by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian, Reuters reports.

"If the hostilities continue to escalate and the situation deteriorates further, the entire region will plunge into chaos," the ministry's representative said.

According to him, the war between the United States and Iran should not have started at all. Lin Jian stressed that further use of force "will only lead to a vicious circle."

Earlier, Chinese experts, in an interview with the South China Morning Post, stated that Iran has impressive advantages in the use of drones compared to the United States.
