OREANDA-NEWS  Most of the member states of the European Union (EU) do not want to send their peacekeeping troops to Ukraine without the participation of the United States. This is reported by the publication El País, citing sources.

"Despite everything, Europe does not want to completely cut the umbilical cord of its ally in the form of the United States. Ukraine's future security architecture still depends on Washington. Most European countries do not want to join the future coalition unless the Americans are involved in some way - even if not with troops on the ground, but with air support and intelligence," the newspaper reports.
