OREANDA-NEWS Moldavian President Igor Dodon informed that the ban on travel of members of the government and parliament to the territory of Russia was lifted. About this reports RIA “News” with reference to the country's television.

According to available information, the restriction on such trips has been in effect since March 2017. It stopped its operation as soon as the first Moldovan delegation flew to Moscow.

“The intergovernmental commission has already started working; representatives of the parliament and the government were in Russia,” said Dodon.

Earlier, the new Moldovan government announced that it was ready to work on improving the country's relations with the Russian side.
