It clarifies that companies X and xAI are demanding billions of dollars, arguing that the deal restricts user choice and hinders innovation. According to the businessman, the Cupertino company makes it impossible to promote other chatbots in the App Store.

By the way, the exclusive agreement with OpenAI cemented ChatGPT as the only integrated AI bot in the iPhone. OpenAI denied the accusations, calling them "a continuation of Musk's attacks." Apple has not yet commented. In addition, the lawsuit demands to ban the "illegal transaction" between Apple and OpenAI.
