OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin said that there is always a discussion among experts, in the government and in the Central Bank about the key rate and the state of affairs in the Russian industry.

"There is a constant discussion among experts, both in the government and the Central Bank about the key interest rate and the state of affairs in industry and in the real sector of the economy," Putin said at a meeting with government members.
