"No matter how much trust we have with the Americans, this will not exempt anyone from complying with Russian laws. And, in fact, these companies may not wait for the restoration of trust. Instagram Facebook* and Instagram* can be unblocked in Russia together with the restoration of trust between the Russian Federation and the United States, Peskov told Life correspondent Alexander Yunashev when asked if it was possible to unblock Facebook* and Instagram* in Russia.
