Most of the smoking area was under water, and you can only stand on a small part of it, the correspondent noted.

Earlier, weather forecasters of the Russian Hydrometeorological Service warned that precipitation in the capital would continue until 00 hours on Wednesday, July 16. In addition, hot weather is forecast with peak temperatures up to plus 28-30 degrees Celsius.
