OREANDA-NEWS Pridnestrovie is ready to offer Chisinau projects for rapprochement. This was stated by the head of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR) Vadim Krasnoselsky in a comment to RIA Novosti.

"In principle, we don't mind. But I guess they want to, you know, direct it somewhere in a populist way, at their discretion. But this is wrong," he said.

According to him, Tiraspol has an understanding of the projects that need to be implemented within the framework of the rapprochement fund. "There are social facilities, there are infrastructure facilities, including critical ones, that require investments," Krasnoselsky said.

Earlier, Moldovan leader Maia Sandu stressed that Transnistria is not yet under the rule of Chisinau, hinting at a rapid change in the situation. In January, Sandu stated that Moldova's security could be ensured by unification with Romania.
