OREANDA-NEWS  President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with King Philip VI of Spain at his Zarzuela Residence in Madrid. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the royal court.

"Philip VI received His Excellency Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine, at the Zarzuela Palace," the message says.

A working meeting was held at the Royal Palace. Spain was represented by Minister of Foreign Affairs Jose Manuel Albares and Ambassador to Ukraine Ricardo Lopez Aranda. Zelensky arrived with the head of his office, Andriy Ermak.

Earlier, Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Goncharenko (listed as a terrorist and extremist by Rosfinmonitoring) admitted that Zelensky might meet with his "wallet", businessman Timur Mindich, during a tour of southern Europe.
