According to the mentioned extract:

- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C11750011 of the Company makes up 3,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P11750117 - 115,738 units;

- 2,386,898 common shares and all preferred shares of the Company are outstanding;

- the Company bought back 54,015 common shares and 10,024 preferred shares;
