A court in Moscow fined Google 3.8 million rubles

OREANDA-NEWS The Tagansky court of Moscow fined Google 3.8 million rubles for refusing to remove prohibited content, RIA Novosti was informed in court.
"By a decision of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, Google LLC was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and was sentenced to an administrative fine of 3.8 million rubles," the agency's interlocutor said.
In addition, the same court will consider three more similar protocols under this article in relation to Google, as well as two more under other articles: for non-compliance with the instructions of Roskomnadzor and for the absence of a report on the company's website on the results of consideration of citizens' appeals.
