According to the mentioned extract:

- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C53690018 of the company makes up 750,000,000 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P53690114 - 250,000,000 pieces;

- 291,474,950 common shares and 182,506,408 preferred shares of the company are outstanding;

- the company bought back 2,157,335 common shares.
