OREANDA-NEWS. Caspi neft announces payment of second tranche of dividends on ordinary shares KZ1C28830012 (KZ1C00000694, KSNF) for first half of 2015

Caspi neft (Atyrau, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"... on July 4, 2016 the Company paid the second tranche of dividends for the first half of 2015 in the amount of KZT1,690,200,000 … (equivalent as of payment date – USD5,000,000)".
