OREANDA-NEWS. In accordance with the documents received, Nasdaq Riga started the procedure for listing SIA VIA SMS Group bonds on Baltic Bond list.

Till the submission of the Listing application VIA SMS Group has issued 1 762 bonds with the total nominal value of 1 762 000 EUR. According to the bond issue prospectus VIA SMS Group has a right to issue additionally 4 538 bonds till August 25, 2016. The Listing application for listing these additionally issued bonds on the Baltic Bond list are going to be submitted separately.

The resolutions made during the listing procedure will be published separately.
