OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has withdrawn its credit rating on Mastin Holdings Limited (MHL) due to expiry of the contract. On withdrawal, NRA does not affirm its rating on the company in accordance with Clause 5, Article 12 of Federal Law # 222-FZ ‘On the Activities of the Credit Rating Agencies in the RF’, as it has not in the past 90 days been provided sufficient information needed to apply its rating methodology and adequately assess all events and factors influencing the company’s credit risk. MHL was assigned NRA’s first-time credit rating of ‘A’ on Aug. 20, 2015.
