OREANDA-NEWS. Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau) (the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2016.
According to the mentioned extract:
- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C57070019 of the Company makes up 15,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P57070115 - 5,000,000 units;
- 12,000,324 common shares and 1,448,457 preferred shares of the Company are outstanding;
- the Company bought back 21,429 common shares;
According to the mentioned extract:
