OREANDA-NEWS  The Bank of Russia has sharply raised the official exchange rates of the European and American currencies, setting them at 95 and 82.22 rubles, respectively, according to data published on the regulator's website.

Thus, the euro, which reached the indicated level in over—the-counter trading in the first half of the day, rose by 1.79 rubles, and the dollar by 2.64. The yuan gained 31 kopecks and became worth 11.43 rubles.
