OREANDA-NEWS The Ministry of Finance has prepared a draft with a list of requirements for foreign companies wishing to return to Russia, Deputy head of the Ministry Ivan Chebeskov told RIA Novosti.

"The project has been prepared. We are planning a discussion this week. We will discuss it on the board's platform," he said.

At the same time, the conditions for the exit of foreign businesses from Russia will not change, the deputy minister noted.

Chebeskov also commented on the discussion on the order on the withdrawal of non-residents from Russian assets.
"It's difficult to make any predictions for the future. This decision is an order of the president. We cannot make a forecast for the administration, but I do not rule out that there will be additional permits in the future," he concluded.
Last week, President Vladimir Putin allowed Baltschug Capital CJSC to purchase shares of several Russian companies, including Gazprom and Rosneft, from the American banking group Goldman Sachs.
