OREANDA-NEWS  The exchange price of gold is rising by almost 1% on Friday, the indicator rose above $ 3,500 per troy ounce for the first time since the beginning of August, according to trading data.

As of 17:49 Moscow time, the price of the December gold futures on the New York Comex exchange rose by $ 26.3 relative to the previous close, or by 0.86%, to $ 3,500.6 per troy ounce. The indicator is above the $3,500 per troy ounce mark for the first time since August 8.

At the same time, September silver futures rose by 0.55% to $39.405 per ounce.
