OREANDA-NEWS  Law enforcement officers have detained an Azerbaijani citizen who was preparing terrorist attacks in Russia on the instructions of Ukrainian curators. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Center for Public Relations of the FSB of the Russian Federation.

According to the agency, the foreigner himself joined the Ukrainian terrorist organization, which is banned in Russia. On the instructions of its leaders, he conducted reconnaissance of several facilities intended for terrorist attacks and sabotage.
