OREANDA-NEWS A polling station will open at the Russian Embassy in London on the day of the election of deputies of the State Duma of the ninth convocation on September 20, the diplomatic mission said.
"Russian citizens will be able to vote in the elections to the State Duma in Britain… Polling station No. 8061 has been set up at the Russian Embassy in London to conduct voting in the United Kingdom. It will be open on September 20 from 8.00 to 20.00 local time," the embassy said in its Telegram channel.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has scheduled the election of deputies to the State Duma of the ninth convocation for September 20, 2026, voting will take place in three days - from September 18 to September 20. For the first time, residents of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions will participate in the Duma elections. The Head of State called the upcoming elections the most important domestic political event in the country.
