OREANDA-NEWS  Representatives of Belarus and Russia discussed the development and implementation of joint solutions in the field of industrial software and its implementation on the territory of the Union State, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic reported.

"Today, Kirill Zalessky, Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, met with Yuri Zolotarev, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus. During the meeting, a wide range of cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance bilateral dialogue were discussed, including current areas in the field of digital development and informatization," the message posted on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Communications of Belarus says.

In particular, according to the report, "issues of developing and implementing joint solutions in the field of industrial software and its implementation on the territory of the Union State were discussed." "The exchange of views touched upon the prospects for import substitution of solutions used in various sectors of the economy, including public sector enterprises of the two countries," the report says.
