OREANDA-NEWS Two Arctic agreements weighing more than a trillion rubles each were signed at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF-2026), said the head of the Ministry of Regional Development Alexei Chekunkov.

According to Chekunkov, Deputy Prime Minister, Presidential Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev outlined key Arctic agreements at the forum.

"There are two agreements, each of which weighs more than a trillion," Chekunkov said at the WEF's final press conference.

The Eastern Economic Forum is taking place from 1 to 4 September in Vladivostok. RIA Novosti is the general information partner of the WEF.
