OREANDA-NEWS  Leonid Mikhelson, a shareholder of Sibur and the head of Novatek, topped Forbes magazine's ranking of the largest taxpayers in Russia.

"Last year's leader (Mikhelson. — Editor's note) retained the first place this year," the article says.

It is noted that the rating includes the largest taxpayers with personal income tax of more than a billion rubles. It is specified that the list includes entrepreneurs and businessmen whose personal income exceeded 6.67 billion rubles.

The second place was taken by Ilya Dimov, the owner of Stroyproektservice, whose personal income tax, according to the publication, amounted to 7.54 billion rubles. Alexey Taycher, the former co-owner of the leasing companies Transfin-M and SG-trans, closes the top three with personal income tax of 5.55 billion rubles.
The list includes 24 people in total.
