OREANDA-NEWS  The Tagansky court of Moscow found the Likeme social network guilty of failing to fulfill the duties of the owner of the social network.

"Likeme Pte.Ltd was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 3 of Article 13.50 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and was given an administrative penalty in the form of an administrative fine of 3.5 million rubles," the court said.

In recent years, the largest Internet services - Google, Telegram, Facebook (an information resource of an organization banned in the Russian Federation), Twitter, TikTok, Wikimedia Foundation, Twitch - have repeatedly been held accountable in Russia for not removing prohibited content. Russian courts have imposed multimillion-dollar fines on companies, some of which have already been recovered.
