"As commander-in-chief, I considered it necessary and timely that on Saturday and Sunday we have a large campaign of census and conscription of all the militias of the country, all reservists of the country and all citizens, men and women, who want to take a step forward to say to imperialism: enough of these threats," Maduro said at the ceremony of joining the Bolivarian militia. to the local security program "Quadrants of the World".

According to the president, the headquarters of military units, military units, central squares of cities, as well as almost 16,000 people's defense bases will be used for these purposes over the weekend in Venezuela.

"I call on all militias, reservists and anyone who wishes to join the ranks and join the National Plan for Sovereignty and Peace, which has been in effect for several weeks," Maduro added.

According to the official, Maduro "uses foreign terrorist organizations such as the Aragua Train (the prison gang that was defeated in Venezuela), the Sinaloa Cartel and the Cartel of the Suns to deliver deadly drugs and violence" to the United States. The republic's Foreign Ministry called these actions a circus and a desperate attempt to divert attention from the internal problems of the United States.
