OREANDA-NEWS Founder of Meta company (recognized as an extremist organization and banned in Russia) Mark Zuckerberg bought himself one of the most expensive houses in Washington, the capital of the United States. This is reported by the newspaper Politico.
A source from the billionaire's company said that Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla purchased a mansion in the District of Columbia — so the businessman can spend more time in the capital. The house cost $23 million, making it the third most expensive house in Washington.
We are talking about a 1,400 square meter mansion in the prestigious Woodland-Norman Stone area. Politico suggests that the house will become something like the personal embassy of the head of Meta. This way he will be able to visit the White House more often in order to gain the favor of the new American administration.
Earlier, actress Angelina Jolie gave one of her eldest sons an apartment in New York. The purchase, however, was made back in the 90s — this is Jolie's own apartment.
