Due to the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic, the authorities of the EU countries are taking restrictive measures.

“Key information was removed from the report regarding the names, chemical composition and characteristics of the relevant substances,” the diplomatic department explained.

The Russian vaccine against coronavirus is being promoted abroad quite successfully, and it is in great demand in different countries.

“The EU Council has damaged our relations with this step. Moscow will analyze it and will act on the basis of its interests,” Dmitry Peskov said.

Alexander Bortnikov, Sergey Kiriyenko, Aleksey Krivoruchko, Pavel Popov, Andrey Yarin, Sergey Menyailo and the State Scientific Research Institute of Organic Chemistry and Technology were blacklisted.

The President also assured that Belgrade will never impose sanctions against the Russian Federation.

DPA agency with reference to EU diplomats reported that the European Union agreed on sanctions against six people and one organization.

“Since the last Weekly Epidemiological Update issued on 5 October, over 2.2 million new cases and 39,000 deaths of COVID-19 have been reported,” the text reads.

The timing of the final decision has not been specified.

The country has decided to join the mechanism to “ensure equitable distribution of vaccines, especially to developing countries.”

According to the publication, the blacklist will include representatives of the presidential administration, special services, as well as the State Research Institute of Organic Chemistry and Technology.

“There is no plausible explanation for Mr Navalny’s poisoning other than Russian involvement and responsibility for this appalling attack,” Dominic Raab said.

New restrictions are planned to be limited by a ban on entry and freezing the assets of Russian officials.

Moscow’s obligations under the Collective Security Treaty do not apply this territory, Dmitry Peskov said.

At the same time, Mevlut Cavusoglu argued that Ankara has always supported efforts to resolve the problems connected to the unrecognized republic peacefully.
