Aleksey Chepa stated that the proposal of the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov indicates the inconsistency and insolvency of the Kiev leadership.

Oleksiy Reznikov expressed his opinion in an article published on the website of the Atlantic Council, a research center working under the aegis of NATO.
