OREANDA-NEWS  The development of Russian-Abkhaz cooperation in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, as well as the implementation of major joint projects, is in the interests of Moscow and Sukhumi, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.

Mishustin sent a telegram to Vladimir Delba on the occasion of his appointment to the post of Prime Minister of Abkhazia.

"I would like to note the importance of further strengthening Russian-Abkhaz relations based on the principles of friendship, good-neighborliness and alliance. The expansion of trade, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, and the implementation of major joint projects in various fields fully meet the interests of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia," the telegram reads.
