Ankara calls for the full implementation of the Sochi memorandum on resolving the conflict in the Arab Republic and the prevention of humanitarian catastrophe.

The reasons for this measure are still unknown.

Besides, additional restrictions for persons exercising public authority (including the president of the country) may be imposed.

Such an initiative was proposed by Ankara earlier.

The plan provides for a ceasefire, introduction of a demilitarized zone, creation of an interim international administration, de-occupation, holding elections and the return of Crimea.

An exception to a temporary ban is made for two airlines: Aeroflot and Mahan Air.

This was stated by the head of the special expert commission of China’s National Health and Family Planning Commission Zhong Nanshan.
