OREANDA-NEWS  Russian Leader Vladimir Putin has begun talks with Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

"The negotiations [are] taking place at the Yntymak Ordo state residence. After that, Putin and Japarov will take part in the ceremony of exchanging signed documents and make a statement to the media," the agency notes.
