OREANDA-NEWS Vladimir Putin has signed a law that since September introduces new state duties for car owners and migrants, as well as increases several existing ones.

Thus, the fee for obtaining a personal identification card will increase from 800 to 1200 rubles, for making changes to a previously issued passport — from 350 to 525. And the fee for issuing a car registration certificate will increase threefold: on a paper basis — up to 1,500 rubles, on a plastic, new generation — up to 4,500.

Issuing a national driver's license will double in price: a plastic-based document will cost 4,000 rubles, and you will have to pay six thousand to get a new generation license. In turn, the issuance of an international certificate will cost 3,200 rubles instead of 1,600. A certificate of vehicle admission to the transportation of dangerous goods will be issued not for 1,500, but for 2,250 rubles, and 1,500 rubles will have to be paid for its extension instead of a thousand.

The fee for issuing metal Transit state signs for cars will increase from 1,600 to 2,400 rubles, paper — from 200 to 300; for issuing state registration plates for cars — from 2,000 to 3,000, for motorcycles and trailers — from 1,500 to 2,250.

The fees for issuing a certificate of compliance with the safety requirements of a vehicle with changes made to the design and for obtaining permission to make such changes from a wheeled vehicle in service will increase threefold.
