OREANDA-NEWS   The United States has invited Russia to discuss issues related to nuclear testing. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti reports.

"I have instructed you to collect additional information about the actions of the American side, analyze it and submit to me a proposal on what we should do in this situation. But one of the proposals that we have received is to work together on this topic," the Russian leader said.

Putin noted that Russia is ready for any development of events and cannot afford to find itself in a situation where Washington conducts nuclear tests while Moscow continues to prepare for them.
