Rosgvardiya neutralized the shooter from the roof of a building in Murmansk

OREANDA-NEWS Employees of the Murmansk SOBR "Wolverine" and OMON "Bear" neutralized an unknown person who opened fire from the roof of an apartment building in Murmansk.
According to the press service of the regional directorate of the Russian National Guard, the security forces "neutralized the shooter during the storming of the roof of a 14-storey building."
The Governor of the Murmansk Region, Andrey Chibis, also confirmed that the unknown had been neutralized.
As previously reported, on the evening of March 30, an unknown person opened fire from the roof of an apartment building on Kolsky Avenue in Murmansk. The head of the region asked residents of Murmansk to turn off the lights, not to approach the windows and not to risk for the sake of a "hot" video.
