OREANDA-NEWS Since the new year, a single personal income tax rate of 30 percent has been introduced for people recognized as foreign agents in Russia, the press service of the State Duma reports.

"For persons recognized as foreign agents, a single personal income tax rate of 30% is now in effect. The rule came into force on January 1, 2026. Also, foreign agents have lost a number of tax benefits," the statement says.
