OREANDA-NEWS  Starlink users have again complained about problems connecting to the Internet service. The PCMag publication drew attention to this.

The failure was recorded on July 31, at about 20:00 Moscow time. Reddit users also complained about problems with the SpaceX service. Apparently, problems have occurred throughout the United States. The new problems were fixed a week after a major outage caused Starlink to be down for several hours around the world.

According to PCMag journalists, some users were left without communication for 1-2 hours. Several consumers reported that the satellite Internet did not work for just a few minutes, but after restarting the equipment, the problem disappeared.

The article says that a certain part of the six million subscribers of entrepreneur and billionaire Elon Musk's service live in rural areas and do not have a backup communication channel. In this case, with this or future failures, consumers are completely left without access to the network.

At the end of July, SpaceX representatives announced that the failure of the Starlink global satellite Internet system occurred due to an infrastructure upgrade. Musk's engineers admitted that the problems occurred by accident, due to a "rare combination of factors."
