"For the sake of clarity of relations, we can say that 22 laws have been adopted in the field of combating illegal migration. Apparently, probably, with the exception of four, all the others were parliamentary initiatives. And the result of the work of (Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Irina - ed.) Yarova at the head of the working group. It wasn't easy, but the laws were passed, so we are grateful to everyone. We started out with a lot of misunderstanding, to put it mildly, but now you see, colleagues, we can already say that the legal framework has been formed in terms of combating illegal migration," Volodin said during the government's report to the State Duma.
