The court liquidated the Uzbek autonomy in Moscow for violating the law

OREANDA-NEWS The Moscow City Court has liquidated the regional public organization Uzbek National Cultural Autonomy in Moscow on a lawsuit filed by the Ministry of Justice for violating the law, TASS reports.
The organization was also excluded from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, in which it was registered in 2015.
According to the Russian Ministry of Justice, the organization is not located at the specified address, and it is impossible to establish its actual location. In addition, the charter of the Uzbek autonomy contradicts the legislation.
The organization does not provide reports on its activities to the agency and documents on the expenditure of funds, it has not responded to repeated warnings.
In April, Bahrom Ismailov, the former head of the Uzbek National cultural autonomy in Moscow, revealed the diaspora's expansionist goals. According to him, Uzbeks face cultural "expansion" in Russia, becoming the third largest people in the Russian Federation and settling large territories. Leonid Slutsky, head of the State Duma's international Affairs committee, said an investigation would be initiated into Ismailov.
