OREANDA-NEWS  Former Norwegian Ambassador to Russia Robert Kvile, in an interview with Forsvarets forum magazine, praised the quality of life in Moscow. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

Kvile admired the quality of life in Moscow, noting the good condition of the roads and the abundance of restaurants. "Roads and sidewalks are being tended, [plants] in parks are trimmed, and the city is full of excellent restaurants," the diplomat stressed.

The ex-ambassador added that he was delighted with the capital's fleet, as it was "completely beyond the pale." According to him, such luxury cars are never seen in Norway.

According to Kvile, Moscow is also rich in an assortment of goods. It is known that the diplomat worked as the Norwegian ambassador to Moscow from 2022 to the fall of 2025.

Earlier, travel blogger Mark Eremin, who traveled 80 percent of Russia, named the country's best cities to live in. First of all, he mentioned Yekaterinburg, calling it an example of Russia's development.
