Earlier, Western media reported that the effectiveness of sanctions against the Russian tanker fleet began to wane. The average daily volume of oil supplies from all Russian ports has increased by about 300,000 barrels over the past month and reached 3.37 million barrels. This is the largest increase since January 2023.
