We note the key role of regional players - Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Algeria, Turkey, the League of Arab States (LAS)," Zakharova said. - It's time to join forces. As the diplomat pointed out, Russia intends to closely engage in the Palestinian-Israeli settlement and other conflict situations in the region, maintaining close contact with its Middle Eastern partners, including Palestine and Israel, and relying on such an important and proven asset as trust in Russian foreign policy in the Middle East.

In addition, she noted that it is extremely important to draw lessons from the Oslo Accords (Declaration of Principles on Interim Self-Government Measures). "Such an analysis is necessary to build a solid architecture of the STB and resume peace talks on the entire range of final status issues," the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry added.
