The Russian MP worked from Ukraine for four years

OREANDA-NEWS The Russian MP has been working from Ukraine via VPN for four years. We are talking about Mikhail Nosik, a deputy of the council of the Kalarsky Municipal District of the Trans-Baikal Territory.
He became a deputy in 2020, but since 2021 he has lived permanently in Dnipro (formerly Dnepropetrovsk), from where he continued to perform official duties.
The powers of the Spout were terminated only in March 2025. The deputy attended the meeting of the ethics committee via video link. He confirmed that he lives in Ukraine and stated that he was forced to hide from the local police. At the same time, Nosik stressed that he worked "no worse than other deputies."
