OREANDA-NEWS  By the end of 2024, the share of purchases of domestic products in the PSB as a whole amounted to 85%, said Igor Panov, director of the Department of Transformation and Operational Control of Information Technologies at the financial organization.

He participated in the discussion "Digital Transformation of Companies" organized by the Ministry of Finance of Russia as part of the CIPR Global Digital Forum in Nizhny Novgorod. He spoke about the results of the project on import substitution of the bank's equipment and the future plans of the PSB in the field of technological independence development.

"PSB has been importing equipment since 2018 and has already conducted full testing by 2022. We have been systematically increasing purchases of Russian technical equipment, and by the end of 2024, the share of purchases of domestic products in the PSB as a whole amounted to 85%. At the same time, in certain categories of equipment, the share of purchases reaches 100% altogether — these are domestic servers, thin clients, laptops and computers," the bank's press service quoted Panov as saying.
