OREANDA-NEWS. Google has created a website that will track the movement of people during the spread of the coronavirus. This is stated in the blog of the company.

COVID-19 Community Mobility Reports will publish data that indicates where users of Google services are located. The company promises to adhere to its own privacy policy and not disclose personal information. The service will show the traffic to the most popular places, including shops, pharmacies, parks, workplaces and housing premises. It will monitor the movement around the world and initially plans to provide information on 131 countries. Google notes that the reports reflect trends specific to the movement of people. They will indicate the percentage of the level of popularity of certain places, but not the absolute number of visits.
