OREANDA-NEWSThe Duke of Sussex Prince Harry and his wife Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle have agreed to cooperate with the popular video service Netflix. This became known from the reports of the New York Times.

Under the terms of the agreement, Harry and Meghan's production company will film documentaries, feature films and series, as well as children's programs for Netflix for several years. The production funding will be provided by the video service itself. Details of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

“We will focus on producing content that is both informative and inspiring,” the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said in a statement. “And because we are young parents, we also value encouraging family programs.”

The New York Times clarifies that after moving to the US, Harry and Meghan have been in talks for several months with several companies that may qualify for their content, including Disney, Apple and NBCUniversal. In late August, it was reported that the music service Spotify could offer the Duke and Duchess of Sussex several million dollars for a podcast series.
