The editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Evening Moscow" has died

OREANDA-NEWS Famous Russian journalist, editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Evening Moscow" Alexander Kupriyanov died at the age of 75. This is reported on the publication's website.
"On Thursday, October 2, Alexander Kupriyanov, a journalist, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, editor-in-chief of the newspaper Vechernyaya Moskva, died at the age of 75. (...) This is an irreparable loss for the Evening Moscow team," the statement said.
The cause of the journalist's death has not been named.
Kupriyanov has served as editor-in-chief of Vechernaya Moskva since 2011. It is noted that he received the Order of Friendship for his great contribution to the development of the media and many years of fruitful work. He was also recognized as an Honored Worker of Culture of Russia for his great achievements in the development of Russian culture and art, television and radio broadcasting, printing, communications and many years of fruitful activity.
