OREANDA-NEWS The head of the Catholic Church, Pope Leo XIV, and the supreme ruler of the Church of England, King Charles III of Great Britain, jointly celebrated divine services in the Sistine Chapel, Vatican news reported on Thursday.

The service was also attended by Queen Camilla and Archbishop Stephen Cottrell of York.

The service was held in Latin and English.

Charles III is in the Vatican on an official visit. The topics of the trip were the unity of the Christian faith and environmental issues.
