OREANDA-NEWS   Russian banks have planned to introduce a number of technological innovations in the near future, market participants told RIA Novosti. Smart cameras that read emotions will help improve the customer experience, it will become much easier to get mortgage approval, however, as well as to pay for purchases — thanks to payment tags.

"We already have solutions that allow us to analyze customer satisfaction throughout the service path. One of them is a video analytics system, piloting of which Credit Bank of Moscow will continue to develop in offices in 2023. The system is based on the use of computer vision methods, installed cameras in real time record the maximum set of angles of a person entering the office," the ICD press service described the technology.

Video analytics assesses not only the speed and efficiency of service, but also the emotional state of the client, as well as scenarios for rapid response to security incidents and non-standard situations. Alfa-Bank will also focus on customer satisfaction with the help of neural networks.
