OREANDA-NEWS. On June 08, 2007 Igor Lysenko has been appointed as Sviaz-Bank’s Senior Vice-President, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

In his new position, Igor Lysenko will be in charge of retail business in remote sales and the project for developing postal-banking services for the population.

Igor Lysenko was born in 1975 in Moscow. In 1996, he graduated from the Economics and Management Department of the New Humanitarian Institute with a degree in Project Management.

Between 1996 and 1999, he worked at SBS-Agro Commercial Bank in various positions in Credit Product Management.

In 1999, he moved to International Industrial Bank (IIB) in the retail loan department, and in 2003, he headed the IIB Retail Business Management.

In December 2005, he was appointed as first deputy chairman of the Board of IIB Plus. From March 2006 until he was transferred to Sviaz-Bank, he was Executive Chairman of IIB Plus.
